The digital identity deactivation service upon death is a proactive service provided through Absher platform. The identity is deactivated automatically once the death information is received from hospitals registered with the Ministry of Health, with no action needed from the deceased’s family. This helps protect the identity from unauthorized use, strengthens digital security, and improves the efficiency of government procedures through integrated data exchange among relevant entities.

The automatic suspension of bank accounts upon death is a proactive service available via Absher platform. Accounts are automatically suspended once the death is reported by hospitals registered with the Ministry of Health, without requiring any intervention from the deceased’s relatives. This contributes to safeguarding financial assets, preventing unauthorized transactions, and enhancing coordination between government and financial institutions through system integration.

The automatic update of Hajj eligibility status after five years is a proactive service provided via Absher platform. Eligibility is updated automatically based on official records, without any request from the beneficiary. This facilitates the registration process and strengthens coordination among the entities responsible for organizing Hajj affairs.

This service allows the beneficiary to issue authorization for a citizen data document for a selected sector wiyhout need to visit civil affairs office.

This service enables the resident to electronically book an appointment with Istiqdam office to request sponsorship for their family members (wife and children).

If companions wish to cancel their permits, they must log in to Absher platform to do so, or visit the Civil Affairs office (for citizens) or the Jawazat (for residents) if they are unable to use Absher.

To enable users who have family members or domestic workers to cancel the exit/re-entry or final exit visa.

This e-service enables beneficiaries from the families of martyrs and the injured to submit requests for the services provided to them, such as job applications, street naming, transportation, and other related services. Please note: Only one request can be submitted at a time. A new request cannot be submitted until the current one has been processed, if applicable.

This service enables the individuals to electronically submit and follow-up their complaints against prisons and detention centers in relation to the oversight role with respect to verifying the arrest legality or imprisonment, or related to the prisoners or detainees’ privacy or the arrest of a prisoner in places that are not designated for detention.

This service enables individuals to electronically issue a Certificate of good conduct(Criminal Record) through Absher platform. User can review and print the report and access previous reports within 30 days from the report issuance date.

This service allows issuance of a death certificate for a citizens' first-degree relatives: (father - mother - children - husband - wife) or for the employer if the deceased is a resident. Then, they can view formerly issued death certificates.

This service enables beneficiaries, both citizens and residents, to view their digital documents electronically.

This service allows the beneficiary to view their digital driving license data electronically.

This service enables the beneficiary to view the Vehicle Plate Ownership Certificate electronically in the digital wallet. It is available to winners of the electronic auction and ensures the owner’s rights are protected until the plate is officially registered to the vehicle through the platform.

Upon successful completion of the training and required tests, beneficiaries can proceed to issue their driving license.
