Electronic participation is a mechanism for expressing opinions and providing all segments of society, stakeholders, and individuals with the opportunity to engage in dialogue and interaction regarding various services that concern them. Through this mechanism, users can share their opinions, feedback, comments, suggestions, and more, as well as participate in electronically available surveys aimed at improving and developing the services provided by Absher platform in an integrated manner that meets users’ expectations. Accordingly, Absher platform has established accounts on social media networks to communicate with beneficiaries. Feedback and interactions are reviewed, studied, analyzed, and responded to in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, with the goal of enhancing performance and achieving the desired objectives.
