Within the Ministry of Interior's pavilion at "LEAP 2025" held in Malham from February 9 to 12, the supervisor of the Ministry of Interior Ministry Agency for Civil Affairs, Major General Dr. Saleh bin Saad Al-Marba, launched National ID card services on "Absher" application for smartphones, along with a service to update the educational qualification registered in the Ministry of Education's systems.
The National ID card services include "Card Renewal, Lost Card Replacement, and Damaged Card Replacement" services, with the ability to take a personal photo through "Absher" application.
The educational qualification update service enables beneficiaries to request the registration of their highest educational qualification recorded in the Ministry of Education's systems through the Ministry of Interior's electronic platform "Absher."
Civil Affairs drew attention to the fact that beneficiaries can access the procedures and requirements of the new services by logging into their user account on "Absher" platform and application on smartphones, confirming that these steps are part of the developmental initiatives for electronic transactions aimed at providing smart digital solutions to enhance the quality and efficiency of the services provided.
