Provide another different "user ID"; the message displayed means that the user ID you entered is already in use by another user.
No passport number is required for registration process.
The system will ask you to enter the "user name, your old password, new password and the answer of secret security question" you provided upon registration.
This problem can happen if the user name or password that you entered is incorrect. Enter the correct user name and password to solve the problem.
Also note, that User ID and password are case sensitive.
Log on your Absher account and from "User Information"; you can edit and change your profile details including your e-mail.
