This service enables the individuals to electronically submit and follow-up their complaints against prisons and detention centers in relation to the oversight role with respect to verifying the arrest legality or imprisonment, or related to the prisoners or detainees’ privacy or the arrest of a prisoner in places that are not designated for detention.
