Major General Al-Marba Launches New Electronic Services via “Absher” Platform to Enhance Civil Affairs Services
The Supervisor of the Ministry of Interior’s Civil Affairs Agency, Major General Dr. Saleh bin Saad Al-Marba, inaugurated today a set of new electronic services through “Absher” platform, in cooperation with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), at the Ministry’s Staff Club in Riyadh.
The newly launched services include requests for replacement family registry documents (due to damage or loss), as well as the issuance of birth and death certificates for foster families. Additionally, the issuance of death certificates is now available via Absher mobile application.
The Civil Affairs Agency stated that beneficiaries can view the procedures and requirements for these services by logging into their accounts on Absher platform or through Absher mobile app.
This launch comes as part of efforts to enhance digital transactions and provide smart digital solutions that improve the quality and efficiency of services offered to beneficiaries.
