"Absher" Platform Secures 4th Place in the Digital Experience Maturity Index 2024
The Ministry of Interior’s digital platform, "Absher," has achieved fourth place in the Digital Experience Maturity Index 2024, according to a survey conducted by the Digital Government Authority (DGA) assessing the maturity of digital experiences across government platforms.
Absher scored 90.39% on the overall index, based on four dimensions: beneficiary satisfaction, user experience, complaint-handling, and the application of technologies & tools.
The Digital Experience Maturity Index serves as a vital tool for evaluating the development and maturity of user experiences on digital government platforms. It is conducted annually, aiming to enhance the quality of e-services and improve digital performance.
