This service is executed by logging into your Absher account: My Services - Services - Civil Affairs - Civil Affairs’ Messages and Requests Center; then select Civil Registry Services from the drop-down list and select the required service
You can execute this service by logging into your Absher account and then: type the service name in the "Civil Affairs’ Message and Request Center" search engine to move quickly; then click on a new request - choose civil registry services - modify the academic qualification, and submit the required documents
It is requires booking an appointment after logging in to your Absher account; by choosing: Appointment Service - Civil Affairs - National Identity Card Renewal
You can execute the service by logging into your Absher account; and then select Appointments - Civil Affairs – Book an Appointment – Issue Replacement for a damaged national ID card
This is done by logging in to your Absher account and then choosing the authorizations - sectors visit authorization - issuing a sector visit authorization and then choosing
civil affairs - receiving the national identity card and completing the authorization procedures
This can be done by logging into your account on Absher platform, My Services - Civil Affairs – Services - Reporting Missing Documents.
Then an appointment should be booked to request a replacement document.
This can be done by logging into your account on Absher platform, My Services - Civil Affairs – Services – Byanati, then select the sector and press authorize.
Children have the right to issue and view a father and mother death certificate if one of them dies
A father has the right to issue and view a death certificate for his wife and children if one of them dies
A mother has the right to issue and view a death certificate for her husband and children if one of them dies
An employer has the right to issue and view a death certificate for his or her resident-employees in case of death.
1- Login to Absher platform > My Services > Civil Affairs > Death Certificate Services
2- Select issue death certificate
3- Death reports for which no certificates have been issued are displayed
4- Select a report and click on issue death certificate
5- Certificate is issued online

3- Previously issued death certificates for relatives or resident-employees are displayed
4- Select a certificate and click on View Certificate

Yes, it requires booking an appointment trough entering the main page of the Absher platform and then select, Appointments > Passports >Booking an Appointment.
In such a case, you can visit the registration and activation staff at passport or civil affairs departments, or you can complete registration through your bank account. To see the list of approved banks, please visit Absher platform homepage: www.ABSHER.sa; you will find a list of the registration and activation centers at the bottom of the homepage.

Yes, a family member can register and activate his/her account on Absher platform as follows:
Registration: Through Absher platform www.ABSHER.sa
Activation: through the bank account, self-service machines or passport and civil affairs departments’ employees.

2- Family Members Data Report
3- Vehicles Report
4- Traffic Violations Report
5- Traffic Accidents Report
6- Travel Log Data Report
7- Domestic Workers Report
