•Complete the handover and payment after the buyer's acceptance; both parties must complete vehicle handover and payment (via Absher's secure payment system) before confirming the transfer.

•The buyer receives a vehicle ownership transfer request notification from Absher; review the details and accept the request within one hour.
•Carefully review the vehicle details and sale price before confirming the request.
•Use Absher's secure payment system to transfer the agreed amount to the seller's account.
•Secure vehicle insurance before completing the ownership transfer.
•Pay the government and Absher fees.
•Receive and inspect the vehicle, then confirm its receipt via Absher.
•Officially transfer vehicle ownership from the seller to the buyer.
