The guarantor must meet the following conditions to create a new bail:

• Must be Saudi national
• Must be more than 18 years of age
• Must be present inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Must be registered and activated on Absher platform
• Must not be logged in the wanted system with a case as “to be seized” with the possibility of completing the service for the rest of the other cases
• Must not be registered as a guarantor on a previous case for the same specific sector Number of valid guarantees shall not exceed a maximum of two for the same specific sector

The following conditions must be met by the sponsored person to create a new bail:

• Must be present inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Must have at least one case listed by the security authorities to nominate the sponsored person to get a bail
• Must not be registered in the wanted system as “to be seized” with the possibility of completing the service for the rest of other cases
• There must be no other registered guarantor regarding the same case.
• Service fee must be paid before completing the bail process.
• Both guarantor and the sponsored person are notified by text messages after completing the bail procedures online.
• If the sponsored person does not have an active account in Absher, the mobile number of the sponsored person shall be entered by the guarantor.
