"To report a missing document, a user must:
Sign in to the Absher platform and click on "My Services" > "Services" > "Civil Affairs" > "Report Missing Documents."
The system will display the welcome page for the service and its terms, which include: "Family Register - Death Certificate."
Click on "Death Certificate."
The system will display the data for family members who have been issued a death certificate.
Select the individual for whom they want to report the lost document.
Enter the following data: (place, date, and time of loss)
Confirm the entered data and click on "Next."
The system will create a reference number and save the request."
